I Love My Personal Tutor Awards

The School of Sociology and Social Policy is pleased that the work of its Personal Tutors is appreciated by our students with three tutors from the school appearing on the short list for the award. We are particularly proud that Sharon Elley, Foundation Year Coordinator was one of the ten award winners.

Leeds University Union - I Love My Personal Tutor Awards 2010

The 'I Love My Personal Tutor' Awards are for students to acknowledge and honour the hard work and support of their personal tutors. These awards opened on the 1st March for students to submit their nominations and closed Wednesday 21st April. 

‘We had a truly overwhelming response, with nearly 650 nominations received, 150 personal tutors short-listed, and 10 final winners. This is a huge testament to the support and dedicated work of personal tutors at the University of Leeds, and we’d like to say a massive thank you to all those who were nominated.’
