Peter Hemming
I applied to study at the University of Leeds because I wanted to work with particular academics in the School of Sociology and Social Policy and also the School of Geography at University of Leeds.
I felt that the University offered fantastic facilities and the learning experience and support was excellent in both of the schools. I really enjoyed studying the PhD.
My PhD helped me to gain my current research fellow job at Brunel, and I hope the Leeds name will be helpful in pursuit of lectureships in this current difficult climate.
